曲面网格框架交汇节点设计与加工

摘要 近些年,在建筑幕墙中,钢结构的应用占比逐渐增多,因其具有施工方便快捷、轻薄通透、塑形灵活等优势。在张江科学会堂项目的曲面网格框架采光顶中,存在大量的杆件交汇节点。在对交汇节点进行设计及加工过程中,利用犀牛插件Grasshopper解决了大量不同交汇节点角度的统计;采用特殊工艺方法加工交汇节点室内侧板件,使节点达到了期望的曲面效果和承载力。根据杆件受力情况可对交汇节点内部加强筋进行优化,通过节点分析验算结果可知,其承载力满足要求。通过对节点进行分析和对比,提高了生产效率、节省成本,并针对不同部位的不同节点进行了校核或补救措施。 In recent years,the application of steel structures in building curtain walls has gradually increased due to their advantages of convenient and fast construction,lightweight and transparent,and flexible shaping.There are a large number of intersecting nodes of members in the curved grid frame skylight of the Zhangjiang Science Hall project.In the process of designing and processing intersection nodes,the rhinoceros plugin Grasshopper was used to solve a large number of statistics on different intersection node angles;Using a special process method to process the indoor side panels of the intersection node,the node achieved the desired curved surface effect and bearing capacity.According to the stress situation of the members,the internal reinforcement bars of the intersection node can be optimized.The results of node analysis and verification show that its bearing capacity meets the requirements.By analyzing and comparing nodes,production efficiency has been improved,costs have been saved,and verification or remedial measures have been taken for different nodes in different parts.
