双舱室模型内爆炸临舱压力载荷特性分析

摘要 针对带有泄爆临舱的双舱室模型内爆炸准静态压力载荷衰减特性问题,开展了双舱室模型内爆炸试验研究,得到了爆炸当舱及相邻舱室的压力变化时程曲线。利用试验数据验证过的数值仿真计算方法模拟高压气体从舱室内流出的过程,通过改变装药质量、舱室体积比、泄爆口面积等参量设计仿真工况进行计算,研究对邻舱准静压载荷的峰值和压力上升时间的影响规律。本文研究成果可为舱室内爆下相邻舱室的毁伤评估提供参考。 In view of the attenuation characteristics of quasi-static pressure load of explosion in a double-chamber model with a blowout capsule,an experimental study was carried out in the double-chamber model,and the time-history curve of pressure variation in the double-chamber was obtained.The numerical simulation method verified by the test data was used to simulate the process of equivalent high-pressure gas flowing out of the chamber,and the influence law of the quasi-static pressure peak and rise time of the adjacent chamber under different charge loads,blasting port area and chamber volume ratio was studied.The research results of this paper can provide reference for damage assessment of adjacent cabins under cabin implosion.
