UUV推进器用磁耦合联轴器的设计与仿真

摘要 本文研究目的是无人潜航器(Unmanned Underwater vehicle,UUV)推进器用磁耦合联轴器的设计与仿真方法,预先初选磁耦合联轴器的主要尺寸、再建立磁路近似模型,采用解析计算求得传递扭矩及隔离套上的涡流损耗值,再用低频电磁场仿真软件校核扭矩及涡流损耗,然后经过几轮设计方案的迭代,最终使磁耦合联轴器满足UUV集成推进器的设计要求,在设计的迭代过程中同时分析了内外磁转子夹角与扭矩的关系、内外磁转子轴向长度对扭矩、涡流损耗的影响。 The research purpose is to design and simulate the magnetic coupling method for UUV thrusters.The main dimensions of the magnetic coupling are initially selected,and an approximate magnetic circuit model is established.Analytical calculations are used to obtain the transmitted torque and eddy current loss values on the isolation sleeve.Then,low-frequency electromagnetic field simulation software is used to verify the torque and eddy current loss.After several rounds of design iteration,the magnetic coupling finally meets the design requirements of the integrated thruster.During the iterative design process,the relationship between the angle between the inner and outer magnetic rotors and torque,the influence of the axial length of the inner and outer magnetic rotors on torque and eddy current losses are analyzed simultaneously.
