摘要
针对新能源随机性及波动性对电力系统安全稳定运行带来的不确定影响,为提高系统的经济性安全性,对高比例风电电力系统储能运行及配置进行了研究分析。通过研究分析“供给侧”低碳化转型对电力系统运行经济性、可靠性影响,以及风电渗透率(最大风电功率与最大负荷功率之比)递增对系统功率平衡的影响,建立了高比例风电电力系统的结构,并建立了高比例风电电力系统容量优化配置模型,构建了4种对比方案。利用CPLEX求解器对模型进行了求解,结果表明“供给侧”低碳化转型对电力系统运行经济性及可靠性的影响很小,增大风电渗透率及考虑储能能够提升系统的运行经济性及可靠性,有助于新型电力系统的构建,促进“碳中和”的实现。
In response to the uncertain impact of the randomness and volatility of new energy on the safe and stable operation of power systems,and in order to improve the economic and safety of the system,the research and analysis are conducted on the energy storage operation and configuration of high proportion wind power systems.By analyzing the impact of low-carbon transformation on the supply side on the economic and reliability of power system operation,as well as the impact of increasing wind power penetration rate(the ratio of maximum wind power to maximum load power) on system power balance,a high proportion wind power system structure is established.On this basis,a high proportion wind power system capacity optimization configuration model is established,and four comparative schemes are constructed.The model is solved using the CPLEX solver,and the results show that the low-carbon transformation on the supply side has little impact on the economic and reliability of power system operation,and increasing wind power penetration rate and considering energy storage can improve the economic and reliability of system operation.The results are helpful for the construction of new power systems and promote the realization of carbon neutrality.
