摘要
针对锂/氟化碳电池在放电过程中的产热问题,制备了容量为5Ah的氟化碳软包电芯。采用加速量热仪测试了软包装氟化碳电池的比热容,并使用等温量热仪测试了不同倍率放电条件下的发热功率及产热量。结果表明:锂/氟化碳电池放电过程中产热量及产热功率与放电倍率相关,产热量及产热功率随着放电倍率的增大而急剧上升。
According to the heat production during discharge process of lithium fluorocarbon(Li/CFx)battery,the soft package fluorocarbon battery with capacity of 5Ah was fabricated.The specific heat capacity of the soft package Li/CFx battery was measured by accelerating rate calorimeter,while the total heat and heat power at different rates of discharge process were measured by isothermal calorimeter.The result shows that the calorific value and heat power are influenced by the rates of discharge,the total heat and heat power sharply increase with the increasing of discharge rate.
