锂电池聚合物基固态电解质的研究现状与进展

摘要 本文介绍了目前锂离子电池在电解质方面的发展现状与面临的挑战,指出固态电解质成为提高锂电池安全性与能量密度的研究关键。本文对各类聚合物电解质进行了分析,对可行的改进策略进行了讨论,分析表明聚合物基固态电解质与电极界面接触良好、易于加工,在实现高比能固态锂电池的发展上具有明显优势,有望大规模产业化应用。本文最后对未来聚合物基固态电解质的研究方向和前景进行了展望,采用交联、共聚、接枝、添加塑化剂等改性途径,以及有机与无机复合制备固态电解质的方法,是发展聚合物基固态电解质的关键策略。 In this paper,the development and challenges in electrolyte of lithium ion batteries are introduced.It points out that solid electrolyte is the key to improve the safety and energy density of lithium batteries.Various kinds of polymer electrolytes are analyzed and feasible improvement strategies are discussed.The analysis shows that polymer-based solid electrolytes have good contact with the electrode interface and are easy to process.It has obvious advantages in the development of high specific energy solid-state lithium batteries and is expected to be applied in large-scale industrialization.Finally,the future research trends and prospect of polymer-based solid electrolytes are proposed.The key strategies for the development of polymer-based solid electrolytes are crosslinking,co-polymerization,grafting,addition of plasticizers and synthesis of organic and inorganic solid electrolytes.
