船舶综合电力推进系统远洋保障经验探讨

摘要 针对中压交流综合电力推进系统舰船远洋航渡装备保障工作,本文通过航行前备件筹措、进坞检查、装备预防性检修、增加制冷设备等准备工作;航渡中开展定期装备轮换使用、落实装备监测诊断、定期装备检修等具体举措;制定了主用装备应急处置等方案预案,确保了舰船横跨赤道海域长时间航行装备安全,为后续舰船积累了一定的经验。 In view of the support work for ocean-going ship sailing equipments of medium voltage AC integrated electric propulsion system,this paper proposes the preparation work be done by collecting spare parts before sailing,docking inspection,preventive maintenance of equipment and adding refrigeration equipment,etc.Regular cycling usage of equipment,implementation of equipment monitoring and diagnosis,regular maintenance and other specific repair work are recommended during the voyage.Plans such as emergency handling of main equipment are formulated to ensure the equipment safety when sailing across the equatorial waters for a long time,so as to be taken as reference for subsequent ships.
