摘要
随着国家能源结构的调整和环保标准的提升,火电厂面临数字化转型的压力。然而,现有的传统3D建模在真实性和实用性方面存在不足,无法满足建立智慧电厂的数字孪生需要。文章提出并实施一种新型的火电厂三维模型构建策略,首先利用无人机倾斜摄影技术对火电厂进行全面的空中2D图像采集,然后进行空中3D建模,最后,对其中的模型细节缺失、区域不完整以及复杂模型变形等问题进行调整。结果表明,该方法具有建模成本低及成模质量高等优势,并能对关键设施进行精细化单体建模,可为火电厂建立数字孪生,进行数字化转型提供有力支持。
With the adjustment of national energy structure and the improvement of environmental protection standards,thermal power plants are facing the pressure of digital transformation.However,the existing traditional 3D modeling is insufficient in terms of authenticity and practicality to meet the needs of digital twinning for building smart power plants.This paper proposes and implements a new type of three-dimensional model construction strategy for thermal power plants.First,the UAV tilt photography technology is used to conduct comprehensive aerial two-dimensional image acquisition for thermal power plants,and then aerial triangulation modeling.Finally,the problems such as missing model details,incomplete regions and complex model deformation are adjusted.The results show that this method has the advantages of low modeling cost and high modeling quality,and can refine the meticulous individual modeling of key facilities,which can provide strong support for the digital twin of thermal power plants and digital transformation.
