大数据时代下的高校档案数字化发展创新策略

Innovative Strategies for the Digitization Development of University Archives in the Era of Big Data

档案管理工作具有社会性,高校作为人才聚集地,在其发展过程中会产生大量的档案信息,而档案管理则是高校日常运营中的一个重要组成部分。对于高校档案管理来讲,推动档案的数字化发展则为档案的有效利用提供强有力支持。基于此,文章就以大数据为切入点,针对大数据时代下的高校档案数字化建设的重要性进行探讨,并提出高校档案数字化发展创新的实施路径,以期为提升高校档案的管理质量提供一定的借鉴。

Archives management is social.As a talent gathering place,colleges and universities will produce a large amount of archive information in their development process,and archives management is an important part of the dai-ly operation of colleges and universities.In today's era of big data,digital technologies such as the Internet and big da-ta have been widely used in all walks of life,improving the speed of data processing.For university archives manage-ment,promoting the development of digital archives provides strong support for the effective use of archives.Building on this,this paper uses big data as a starting point,discusses the importance of digitization construction of university archives in the era of big data,and puts forward the implementation path of digitization development and innovation of university archives,in order to provide certain references for improving the management quality of university archives.
