摘要
目前各种现场总线,例如CAN、485、PROFIBUS、HART等,均广泛应用在各种仪表设备中,配合PLC、DCS组网使用。此类总线仪表功能丰富、智能化水平较高,但是带宽较低、节点数少、布线冗余拓扑受到较大限制,通信可靠性受到较大制约。因此,设计一种更优异的仪表设备以确保现场总线网络的高实时性与高可靠性的统一,对于现场总线系统的发展具有重要意义。本文在油气输送管道现场工业数据采集控制系统中,提出了3种PHB总线仪表的可靠设计方案,该方案最大化地发挥PHB高速总线的通信性能,方便用户快速布网,实现SCADA系统的数据传输带宽升级和智能化、国产化,可替代国外总线产品,有极大的经济效益和战略优势。
Nowdays,various field buses,such as CAN/485/PROFIBUS/HART,have corresponding meter,which are used in conjunction with PLC/DCS networking.These field buses have rich functions and high level of intelligence,but the bandwidth is low,the number of nodes is small,the wiring redundancy topology is greatly limited.and the communication reliability is greatly restricted.Therefore,how to design meter to ensure the unity of high real-time and high reliability of the field bus network is of great significance to the development of the field bus system.With the development of oil and gas pipeline informatization,this paper proposes three reliable design schemes of PHB bus meter,that are used in the field industrial data acquisition and control system of oil and gas transmission pipeline.The design schemesproposed by this paper can make the communication performance of PHB high-speed bus function adequately,facilitate users to lay out network quickly,realize the data transmission bandwidthupgrading,intelligence and localization of SCADA system,completely replace foreign bus products,and have great economic benefits and strategic advantages.
