Optimization Measures in Operation and Management of DCS Automatic Control Devices

The use of DCS instrument control can make the chemical process to achieve complete automatic control,for the efficient operation of enterprises to provide a strong guarantee.The daily maintenance and management of DCS automatic control device is one of the important factors to ensure the normal operation of chemical equipment,so it is very necessary to carry out operation management and optimal control.In this paper,the characteristics of DCS automatic control system are studied,the common faults of the system are analyzed,and the operation procedures,management methods and emergency treatment measures in the production process are summarized,so as to make it better used in practice.
