摘要
阐述一种针对锂电池无损表征的超声波成像系统,具有灵敏度高、成本低、便捷快速的特点。可实现单通道或多通道的工作模式,最高成像分辨率可达500μm,超声频率最大可达20MHz。
This paper describes an ultrasonic imaging system for non-destructive characterization of lithium batteries,which has the characteristics of high sensitivity,low cost,convenience,and speed.It can achieve single channel or multi-channel working modes,with a maximum imaging resolution of 500μm and an ultrasound frequency of up to 20MHz.
