摘要
阐述通过对超大规模SoC所包含模块进行分组,读入相关模块的数据量级及模块组内的时序违例数,SoC整体修复的数据量级降低近60%。分析分模块组同步进行超大规模SoC时序修复的效果。
This paper describes that by grouping the modules included in the ultra large scale SoC,reading the data level of relevant modules and the number of timing violations within the module group,the overall data level of SoC repair is reduced by nearly 60%.It analyzes the effectiveness of synchronizing module groups for large-scale SoC timing repair.
