摘要
苯乙烯装置为节能降耗,充分回收利用乙二醇装置含氧废气,此前苯乙烯加热炉的燃料气为天燃气成本比较大,通过对乙二醇装置含氧废气排入圆桶火炬系统和TO炉进行燃烧的优化改造,技改新增一条管线至苯乙烯蒸汽过热炉燃烧,达到了节能减排和降本增效的目的,可为其它苯乙烯装置节能降耗方面进行优化提供借鉴。
The styrene unit aims to save energy and reduce consumption,fully recover and utilize the oxygencontaining waste gas from the ethylene glycol unit.Previously,the fuel gas for the styrene heating furnace was natural gas,which had a relatively high cost.Through optimization and transformation of the combustion of the oxygencontaining waste gas discharged from the ethylene glycol unit into the drum torch system and TO furnace,a new pipeline was added to the technical transformation for combustion in the styrene steam superheater.It has achieved the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,cost reduction,and efficiency improvement,and can provide reference for optimizing energy conservation and consumption reduction in other styrene plants.
