基于TGNET的某地区集输管网适应性分析

摘要 某地区地面集输管网目前已建成超200公里集气管线,集输管线规模仍在不断扩大,因此对某地区地面集输管网安全运行提出了更高要求。目前某地区集输管网已形成“环形+枝状”结构,因此,应用TGNET软件分别建立三种常见集输管网连接方式模型,分析判断井间匹配性的优劣。利用TGNET软件搭建了某地区集输管网模型,并根据实际运行压力修正模型,从而进行某地区地面集输管网的适应性分析,根据未来两年气井预测最大输量,模拟预测管网运行压力,提出相应的解决方法,保证管网安全高效运行。 At present,more than 200 kilometers of gas collection pipelines have been built in the surface gathering network in a certain region,and the scale of the gathering pipeline is still expanding,so higher requirements are put forward for the safe operation of the surface gathering network in a certain region.At present,a regional gathering network has formed a ring+dendritic structure.In this paper,TGNET software is used to establish three common models of gathering pipe network connection,and the matching between Wells is analyzed and judged.TGNET software is used to build a gathering network model in a certain area,and the model is modified according to the actual operating pressure,so as to carry out the adaptability analysis of the surface gathering network in a certain area.According to the prediction of the maximum output of gas Wells in the next two years,the operating pressure of the pipeline network is simulated and predicted,and corresponding solutions are proposed to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the pipeline network.
