海上平台湿式螺杆压缩机喷液自循环系统改造

摘要 通过对喷液螺杆压缩机现有工艺流程不能实现自循环的原因进行分析,提出了三种改造方案,并从来液的稳定性、自循环得实现、改造的可行性与经济性等四个方面,对三种方案进行对比分析。通过分析表明,从一级闪蒸气压缩机入口涤气罐引液,在压缩机回流阀任意开度下,喷液都可以实现自循环,并且前期的投入与后期的维护成本都比较低。 Based on the analysis of the reasons why the existing process of liquid jet screw compressor can not realize self-circulation,three kinds of transformation schemes are putted forward,and the three schemes are compared and analyzed in four aspects,such as the stability of the fluid,the realization of self-circulation,the feasibility and economy of the transformation.The analysis shows that the spray liquid can be self-circulating under any opening of the compressor return valve,and the investment in the early stage and the maintenance cost in the later stage are relatively low.
