摘要
渤海油田伴随着油气产量的增长,油水井常规作业量激增,受海上油田油层埋藏深、井身结构复杂、施工场地小、作业费用高等因素制约,压裂工艺受到限制,近年来自营区块压裂作业很少。本文分析的压裂油井是近年来渤海自营油田实施的唯一一口较大型水力压裂井,文中介绍了该井的压裂方案及作业过程,并对作业后期出现的各种情况进行分析,虽然该井压裂最终结果不甚理想,但其施工方案中的工艺方案优化以及管柱力学参数模拟计算、压裂后评估分析对海上多数油井压裂施工有借鉴指导意义。
With the growth of oil and gas production in Bohai oilfield,the conventional operation of oil and water wells is increasing rapidly.The fracturing technology is limited by the factors of deep buried oil layer,complex wellbore structure,small construction site and high operation cost.In recent years,there are few fracturing operations from barracks.The fracturing well analyzed in this paper is the only large-scale hydraulic fracturing well implemented in Bohai self-supporting oilfield This paper introduces the fracturing scheme and operation process of the well,and analyzes various situations in the later stage of the operation.Although the final fracturing result of the well is not ideal,the optimization of the process scheme,the simulation calculation of the mechanical parameters of the string,and the evaluation and analysis after fracturing in the construction scheme have reference and guidance significance for the fracturing operation of most offshore oil wells.
