数字经济发展与创新创业的耦合协调度研究

Study on the Coupling Coordination Degree Between Digital Economy Development and Innovation and Entrepreneurship

文章构建了数字经济发展评价指标体系和创新创业评价指标体系,采用熵值法综合测度2015—2020年我国31个省份的数字经济发展指数和创新创业指数,并进一步分析二者的耦合协调度,探究其时空演变规律。结果表明:自“数字中国”战略实施以来,我国数字经济发展指数总体上快速增长,但东中部地区与西部地区存在明显的“数字鸿沟”,东北三省、内蒙古、甘肃、西藏等的数字经济发展指数明显低于其他省份;各省份创新创业指数稳中有升,但存在明显的区域异质性,2019年以后东部地区创新创业指数快速上涨;整体上,各省份数字经济发展与创新创业耦合协调情况较好,但优质协调和良好协调的省份主要位于东部地区。

This paper constructs the digital economy development evaluation index system and innovation and entrepreneur-ship evaluation index system,then adopts the entropy method to comprehensively measure the digital economy development index and innovation and entrepreneurship index of 31 provinces in China from 2015 to 2020,and finally makes a further analysis on the coupling coordination degree of the two,exploring their spatiotemporal evolution law.The results go as below:Since the implemen-tation of the Digital China strategy,the overall index of digital economy development has been growing rapidly,but there is an ob-vious Digital Divide between the middle east and the west;the digital economy development index of the three Northeast provinc-es,Inner Mongolia,Gansu and Xizang is significantly lower than that of other provinces.The innovation and entrepreneurship in-dex of all provinces increase steadily,but there is obvious regional heterogeneity,and the innovation and entrepreneurship index of eastern China rise rapidly after 2019.The overall coupling coordination degree between digital economy development and innova-tion and entrepreneurship is relatively better in all provinces in China,but the provinces with high-quality coordination and good coordination are mainly located in the eastern regions.
