增加值分解视角下中国省域参与“双循环”的影响与特征分析

Analysis of Influence and Characteristics of Chinese Provinces’Participation in the“Dual Circulation”From the Perspective of Value-added Decomposition

文章拓展增加值分解框架,利用2002年、2007年、2012年、2017年嵌入中国省份的世界投入产出表,考察省内、省际与国际循环对我国省域发展的作用与时空演变特征。研究发现:第一,在国内循环中,我国各省份通过省内循环获得的增加值较多,而通过省际循环获得的增加值不足,且2012年后呈下降趋势。第二,中西部省份主要依赖省内循环,通过参与省际循环与国际循环获得增加值的能力明显不足。第三,东南沿海省份融入国际循环的程度明显较高,但2007年后呈下降趋势。第四,农业与食品烟草业依赖省内循环,资源密集型行业依赖省际循环,而制成品行业更多依赖国际循环。

This paper expands the value-added decomposition framework,and uses the world input-output tables embedded in Chinese provinces in 2002,2007,2012,and 2017 to analyze the effect of intra-provincial,inter-provincial,and international cycle on provincial development and its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.The results go as below:(1)In the domestic circulation,China’s provinces obtain more value-added through the intra-provincial circulation,while the value-added obtained through the inter-provincial circulation is insufficient,with a declining trend after 2012.(2)The central and western provinces mainly rely on the intra-provincial circulation,and value-added obtained through inter-provincial and international circulations is insufficient.(3)The eastern and southern coastal provinces are more integrated into the international circulation,but the value-added obtained through it shows a downward trend after 2007.(4)The agriculture,food and tobacco sectors mainly rely on the intra-provincial circulation;resource-intensive sector mainly depends on the inter-provincial circulation,while manufactured goods sector depends more on the international circulation.
