绿色矿山建设评价模型研究及应用

摘要 为进一步提高绿色矿山建设评估的科学性和可靠性,针对绿色矿山建设评估的复杂性和难以准确量化评估的问题,提出了一种基于改进变权可拓的综合评价方法。通过综合考虑绿色矿山建设评估的主要影响因素,选取了矿区环境等6个一级指标以及相应的26个二级指标,构建了多层次的绿色矿山建设评价体系;再利用盲数理论改进传统定性指标赋值方式,基于变权重理论,对指标常权进行了修正,根据可拓原理,通过计算综合隶属度,确定绿色矿山的建设等级。某金矿工程应用实例绿色矿山建设评估结果表明:该金矿绿色矿山建设等级为“良”,与模糊综合和灰色聚类模型评价结果相对比,3种评价模型结论一致,且与实际情况相吻合,验证了该模型在绿色矿山建设评估方面具有适应性,可为绿色矿山建设评估提供新的思路。 In order to further improve the scientificity and reliability of green mine construction evalu⁃ation,aiming at the complexity of green mine construction evaluation and the difficulty of accurate quantita⁃tive evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation method based on improved variable weight extension is pro⁃posed.By comprehensively considering the main influencing factors of green mine construction evaluation,6 first-level indicators such as mining area environment and the corresponding 26 second-level indicators are selected to construct a multi-level green mine construction evaluation system.Then the blind number theory is used to improve the traditional qualitative index assignment method.Based on the variable weight theory,the constant weight of the index is modified.According to the extension principle,the construction level of the green mine is determined by calculating the comprehensive membership degree.The evaluation results of green mine construction in a gold mine engineering application example show that the green mine construc⁃tion grade of the gold mine is‘good’.Compared with the evaluation results of fuzzy comprehensive and grey clustering models,the conclusions of the three evaluation models are consistent and consistent with the actu⁃al situation.It is verified that the model has adaptability in the evaluation of green mine construction,which can provide new ideas for the evaluation of green mine construction.
