梅山铁矿井下矿仓修复技术应用

摘要 井下矿仓是矿石运输的咽喉,在使用底侧卸式矿车卸矿时,矿石会对矿仓基础造成冲击,经常导致矿仓中部区域基础表面的保护衬板及基础受到破坏。为了确保矿仓修复施工安全,针对施工中出现的废旧衬板和基础拆除困难、矿仓修复后使用周期短等问题,改进了施工工艺。采用控制爆破技术拆除废旧衬板和基础,减小矿仓修复的劳动强度,缩短施工工期;使用新材料替代浇筑混凝土,提升矿仓周期使用寿命。实践表明,工艺改进后效果明显,对其他矿山类似的修复施工具有借鉴作用。 Underground ore storage bin is the throat of ore transportation.In the case of using bottom discharge ore cars for unloading,the impact of ore on the foundation of the ore storage bin often leads to damage to the protective lining and foundation surface in the middle area of the ore storage bin.In order to ensure the safety of ore storage bin construction,the construction technology is improved in view of the prob⁃lems such as the difficulty of removing the scrap lining board and foundation and the short service period af⁃ter the ore storage bin restoration.The controlled blasting technology is used to remove the waste lining board and foundation,reduce the labor intensity and shorten the construction period.New materials instead of concrete to improve the life of the ore storage bin cycle.Practice has shown that the effect of process im⁃provement is significant,it can provide reference and guidance for similar restoration construction in other mines.
