国家自然科学基金青年基金项目中标因素分析--以某三甲医院为例

摘要 本文分析某三甲医院2022年在职青年医生获批国家自然科学基金青年项目的相关因素。通过比较目标人群的学历、SCI论文发表情况、专家辅导情况、是否承担省部级项目等变量,分析影响青年医生获批国家自然科学基金项目的关键影响因素。通过对320位青年医生的学术成果统计分析,参加标书辅导、第一作者SCI文章总数更多、文章篇均影响因子更高的青年医生,国家自然科学基金青年项目中标比例更高,结果具有统计学意义。青年医生的文章水平、是否经过专家辅导是医院提升青年科学基金项目中标的重要因素。 This paper analyzes the factors related to the approval of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program for in-service young doctors in a tertiary hospital in 2022;By comparing variables such as the education background of the target population,the publication of SCI papers,expert guidance,and whether to undertake provincial and ministerial projects,analyze the key influencing factors that affect the approval of young doctors for National Natural Science Foundation projects;Through statistical analysis of 320 young doctors,young doctors who have participated in bidding counseling,have more SCI articles as the first author,and have a higher impact factor per article,the National Natural Science Foundation of China has a higher proportion of winning bids for youth projects,the results are statistically significant;The article level of young doctors and whether they have received expert guidance are important factors for the hospital to win the bid for the Youth Science Fund Project.
