基于知识管理的产品设计开发过程质量管控与提升

摘要 持续推出用户满意的高质量、低成本航空电子产品是企业竞争力的体现,而设计源头决定了产品的质量和经济效益。本文探索并构建一种基于知识管理,应用于产品设计并有效提升产品设计开发过程质量的闭环管理机制与方法,总结以建立技术规则和独立审查为抓手,以强化人员质量意识为导向,以提升人员设计能力为核心,以约束人员合规行为为保障,通过PDSA循环实现迭代、优化、积累、沉淀的做法与经验。 Continuously launching high quality and low cost avionics products with satisfying customers is the embodiment of the competitiveness of enterprises,and the design source determines the quality and economic level of products.Based on practice,this paper explores and constructs a closed-loop management mechanism and method based on knowledge management,which is applied to product design and effectively improves the quality of product design and development process.This paper summarizes the practice and experience of establishing technical regulation and independent review as breakthrough point,strengthening personnel's quality awareness as the guide,improving personnel's design ability as the core,and restricting personnel's compliance behavior as the guarantee,and realizing iteration,optimization,accumulation and precipitation through PDSA cycle.
