夹芯薄壁金属管吸能特性仿真分析

摘要 因为本研究对象涉及材料的大变形、动态冲击的高度非线性问题,所以采用ABAQUS/Explicit对夹芯薄壁金属管动态冲击问题进行仿真模拟。对夹芯薄壁金属管的动态冲击问题进行有限元仿真,首先通过材料的力学性能试验得到铝合金结构材料的参数,再对有限元仿真得到的承载力特性进行分析,研究结构的不同参数对夹芯薄壁金属管缓冲吸能特性的影响,以期为夹芯薄壁金属管的设计提供研究方法和参考。 Due to the highly nonlinear issues of large deformation and dynamic impact of materials involved in this study,ABAQUS/Explicit was used to simulate the dynamic impact problem of sandwich thin-walled metal pipes.Finite element simulation is conducted on the dynamic impact problem of sandwich thin-walled metal tube.Firstly,the performance parameters of aluminum alloy structures are obtained through material mechanical performance tests.Then,the bearing capacity characteristics obtained from finite element simulation are analyzed to study the influence of different structural parameters on the buffering and energy absorption characteristics of sandwich thin-walled metal tube.This can provide research methods and references for the design of sandwich thin-walled metal tube.
