Research on Scientific Innovation of the Integration of Party Building and Ideological and Political Education in Private Universities

依托“党支部+教研室+实践基地”教学模式实现民办高校党建与思政融合育人模式创新,充分发挥思政教师、党员教师、辅导员、实践基地教师带动引领和示范作用,使各位教育者同向同行。通过开展课程思政协作交流、研究探索,为协同教学创造条件,打造协同育人的良好格局,真正实现党建工作引领思政教育、思政教育促进党建工作的育人新模式。

Relying on the teaching mode of“Party Branch+Teaching and Research Office+Practice Base”to achieve innovation in the integration of Party building and ideological and political education in private universities,fully leveraging the leading and exemplary role of ideological and political teachers,Party member teachers,counselors,and practice base teachers,so that all educators can work together in the same direction.By conducting collaborative exchanges,research and exploration,and creating conditions for collaborative teaching in the curriculum,we aim to create a good pattern of collaborative education and truly achieve a new mode of education in which Party building work leads ideological and political education,and ideological and political education promotes Party building work.
