摘要
通过系统回顾目前广泛应用的试验方法和评估技术来探究影响鞋靴稳定性的因素,为鞋类稳定性评测方法的选用及鞋类的设计、制造和改进提供科学依据。现有鞋类稳定性评测技术通常需要人参与测试,即通过人体的稳定性表现差异来探究鞋类稳定性优劣。在评测方法的选用上,首先应该明确测试人群,其次应该明确测试目的,如评估不同鞋类静态或动态稳定性差异,需要根据测试人群和测试目的选择对应的测试动作及方法。影响鞋靴稳定性的因素有很多,综述结果表明低跟、高帮、硬底鞋及鞋垫以及在足弓处添加碳板等抗扭转结构,有助于维持人体在运动过程中的平衡稳定性。
By systematically reviewing currently widely used experimental methods and assessment techniques,this paper explored the factors affecting footwear stability,providing a scientific basis for the selection of footwear stability evaluation methods,as well as for the design,manufacturing and improvement of footwear.Existing techniques for e⁃valuating footwear stability typically require human participation,whereby differences in human stability performance are used to investigate the quality of footwear stability.In selecting evaluation methods,it is crucial to first identify the test population and then clarify the test objectives,such as assessing differences in static or dynamic stability a⁃mong different types of footwear.Corresponding test actions and methods should be chosen based on the test popula⁃tion and objectives.Various factors influence footwear stability,and the review findings indicate that measures such as low heels,high ankle support,stiff soles,supportive insoles,and the addition of carbon plates in the arch area,which provide anti-torsion structures,contribute to maintaining balance and stability during physical activity.
