西藏传统文化是中国文化不可或缺的一部分,其历史悠久,具有自己独特的特点和工艺。西藏地处青藏高原,具有丰富的牦牛资源。西藏地区人民使用皮革已久,具有皮革制品设计研发的基础。当地皮革制品类型丰富,如皮革唐卡、皮革酒壶和皮革碗等。本文研究西藏传统文化元素,分析西藏皮革制品的特点,结合西藏传统文化在皮革制品中的运用,展望皮革制品未来趋势,有利于丰富皮革制品的样式,挖掘西藏皮革艺术的精品,从而提高皮革制品的设计创新能力。

Tibetan traditional culture is an indispensable part of Chinese culture,with a long history and its own u⁃nique characteristics and crafts.Located on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Tibet is rich in yak resources.People in Ti⁃bet have been using leather for a long time and have the foundation for leather product design and research.There are many types of local leather products,such as leather Tangka,leather wine pot and leather bowl.This paper studied the elements of Tibetan traditional culture,analyzed the characteristics of Tibetan leather products,combined the ap⁃plication of Tibetan traditional culture in leather products,and looked forward to the future trend of leather products,which is conducive to enriching the style of leather products,mining the fine Tibetan leather art,and thus improving the design innovation ability of leather products.
