对食品降低疾病风险功能的研究与思考

摘要 搜集和整理美国、加拿大、欧盟、澳大利亚和新西兰、日本、韩国等国家或地区准许食品宣称其有降低疾病风险功能的情况,以及与此类功能宣称相关的法规、标准、指南等管理和评价要求,对比和分析上述国家或地区在食品有关降低疾病风险功能的宣称的定义、类型、评价等方面的异同,讨论其中可以借鉴和参考的内容,为优化我国食品功能宣称管理,推进保健食品相关新功能研发和评价提供参考。 Information on the status of claims of food function in disease risk reduction permitted by countries or regions such as the United States,Canada,the European Union,Australia,New Zealand,Japan and South Korea were collected and summarized,including regulations,standards,guidelines and evaluation requirements.The definition,types,and evaluation aspects of claims of food function in disease risk reduction in the aforementioned countries or regions were compared and analyzed,the similarities and differences were discussed and the content that could be referenced and utilized were explored.This paper aimed to provide insights for optimizing the management of food functional claims in China,advancing the research and evaluation of new functions related to health food products.
