缓倾岩层高铁隧道控制爆破技术研究

摘要 为解决爆破开挖引起的层状围岩隧道成型困难问题,以西延高铁缓倾层状宜君隧道工程为研究背景,分析爆破方案爆后隧道轮廓存在超欠挖等问题。采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对缓倾层状围岩隧道光面爆破成形控制进行数值模拟,分析隧道围岩损伤情况,提出光面爆破参数的优化措施,通过改变炮眼布置形式及参数,可有效改善隧道超欠挖效果,提高隧道开挖质量。 To solve the problem of difficulty in forming layered surrounding rock tunnel caused by blasting excavation,taking the Gently Dipping Layered Yijun Tunnel Project of Xi'an-Yan'an HSR as the study background,this paper analyzes the problems such as overbreak and underbreak of tunnel profile after blasting scheme.This paper uses ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software for numerical simulation of smooth blasting forming control of gently dipping layered surrounding rock tunnel,analyzes the damage of tunnel surrounding rock,and puts forward optimization measures for smooth blasting parameters.By changing the layout form and parameters of blastholes,the effect of tunnel overbreak and underbreak can be effectively improved,and the quality of tunnel excavation can be improved.
