PDCA循环理论在危化品安全管理中的应用

摘要 危险化学品(危化品)是化学类科研实验室中主要、重大危险源。实验室安全事故涉及危化品占到80%以上,典型危化品事故时有发生,造成科研人员的伤亡,引起极大的社会关注。如何提升危化品安全管理的质量和效率成为当务之急。在分析危化品安全管理面临的挑战基础上,引入PDCA循环理论,通过安全风险点识别与制定危化品分级分类管理细则(P环节)、落实危化品安全教育(D环节)、日常安全监督检查(C环节)以及安全隐患整改(A环节)提高危化品安全管理的质量和效率。PDCA循环理论为探索持续改进的安全质量管理体系提供理论指导。 The hazardous chemicals are the main and major sources of danger in chemical scientific research laboratories.Laboratory safety accidents involving hazardous chemicals account for more than 80%.Typical hazardous chemical accidents occur from time to time,causing casualties to scientific researchers and causing great social concern.How to improve the quality and efficiency of safety management of hazardous chemicals has become a top priority.On the basis of analyzing the challenges faced by the safety management of hazardous chemicals,the cycle theory of PDCA is introduced,and the quality and efficiency of the safety management are improved through the formulation of detailed rules for the classification and hierarchical of hazardous chemicals by identifying safety risk points(P link),implementing safety education(D link),daily safety supervision and inspection(C link)and safety hidden danger rectification(A link).PDCA cycle theory provides theoretical guidance for exploring a safe quality management system for continuous improvement.
