构建实验室安全教育体系提高应急处置能力

摘要 分析总结了当前高校实验室安全应急管理方面存在的问题,结合河北大学安全管理经验,通过创新安全教育载体、建立“2+6+N”安全检查机制、多方位普及MSDS、定期开展应急处置演练以及设计实验室安全事故应急虚拟仿真实训系统(包括在线阅读、视频观看、虚拟场景演练、案例分析、在线考试等)的方式,建立科学化、规范化实验室安全教育体系以期提高学生应急处置能力。调查问卷显示,该安全教育体系可有效提高学生应急处置能力。 By analyzing and summarizing the problems existed in the emergency management of laboratory safety in universities,combining with the safety management experience of Hebei University,a scientific and standardized laboratory safety education system was tried to established to improve the emergency response ability of students through innovating safety education carriers,the establishment of“2+6+N”safety inspection mechanism,multi-directional popularization of MSDS,regular emergency disposal drill mode,and constructing virtual simulation training system of emergency response tolaboratory safety accidents,which included online reading,video watching,virtual scene drills,case analysis,online examination,etc.The questionnaire has shown that this safety education system can effectively improve students emergency response ability.
