摘要
课程思政是高等学校在专业课程教学过程中实现立德树人的重要途径。生物信息课程设计是一门生物医学类综合实践课程,结合当今抗疫形势,通过“新冠药物的发现与再利用”项目设计开展教学活动,将思政元素自然地融入课程中,构建典型的思政教学案例,将理论知识、实践训练与育人教育相辅相成,遵循学生的学习成长规律和实际需求,锻炼并培养学生解决突发性公共卫生的基础研究能力。
Curriculum ideology is an important way for colleges to realize the virtue tree in the teaching process of professional courses.Bioinformatics course design is a comprehensive practice course of biomedicine,combined with the current anti-epidemic situation,through the“discovery and reuse of new drugs”project design to carry out teaching activities,the ideological elements are naturally integrated into the curriculum,the construction of typical ideological and political teaching cases,the theoretical knowledge,practical training and ideology complement each other,follow the learning and growth rules and practical needs of students,exercise and cultivate studentsbasic research ability to solve sudden public health.
