产教融合下5G实验室建设路径的探索与研究

摘要 随着6G时代的到来,5G技术已广泛应用于各个行业,并与云计算、物联网、大数据、人工智能等新兴技术不断融合,对专业人才的知识深度和广度提出了更高的要求。面对5G产业的快速发展引起的人才需求变革,通信领域的人才培养和就业面临新的挑战。为了应对这些挑战,校企联合共建5G实验室,深化产教融合和校企合作,推进“引企入教”模式。通过创新实践课程体系、实验室环境与管理,探索出符合5G人才培养的模式,培养具备实践教学能力的“双师型”教师队伍,搭建实践教学平台和实习实训基地,实现实践教学与技术发展的对接,培养与5G产业需求相符合的人才。 With the arrival of the 6G era,5G technology has been widely applied in various industries and is constantly integrating with emerging technologies such as cloud computing,Internet of Things,big data,and artificial intelligence.Higher requirements have been put forward for the depth and breadth of knowledge of professional talents.Faced with the rapid development of the 5G industry and the change in talent demand,talent cultivation and employment in the communication field are facing new challenges.In order to address these challenges,schools and enterprises have jointly built a 5G laboratory,deepened the integration of industry and education,and promoted the teaching model of“introducing enterprises into education”.By innovating the practical course system,laboratory environment,and management,we aim to explore a model that meets the needs of 5G talent cultivation,cultivate a“dual teacher”teaching team with practical teaching abilities,build practical teaching platforms and internship training bases,and achieve the integration of practical teaching and technological development,as well as talents that meet the needs of the 5G industry.
