摘要
西部高等教育数字化是在数字化转型时代背景下,依托国家教育数字化战略行动,借助“慕课西部行计划”的东风,为推动西部高等教育高质量发展而进行的应然选择。数字技术能够为西部高等教育拓宽教育的时空界限,实现资源共享;能够突破传统模式,提升育人质量;能够赋能因材施教,培养创新人才。同时也存在着一些问题:因基础设施差距大导致的“新数字鸿沟”,驾驭数字技术能力不足导致发展缓慢,迫使师生关系发生转变等。推进西部高等教育数字化,要坚持数字设施与数字理念协调发展、普遍开放与特色发展相结合、教师与学生双向协同发展的原则。西部高等教育数字化不仅有助于构建终身学习的学习型社会,而且能够为全面推进乡村振兴提供创新人才与智慧支撑,助力实现教育公平。
The digitalization of higher education in the west is an inevitable choice to promote the development of high-quality development of higher education in the west with the digital strategy and the"MOOC Western Journey Plan".Digital technology expands the temporal and spatial boundaries of education in Western higher education,facilitates resource sharing,breaks through traditional models to enhance educational quality,and empowers tailored teaching to foster innovative talents.However,challenges such as the"new digital divide"caused by significant infrastructure gaps,insufficient digital literacy hindering development,and shifts in teacher-student relationships also exist.Promoting digitization in Western higher education requires adherence to principles of coordinated development of digital facilities and concepts,combining universal openness with distinctive development,and fostering bi-directional collaborative development between teachers and students.Western higher education digitization not only contributes to building a learning society for lifelong learning but also provides innovative talents and intellectual support for comprehensive rural revitalization,thus promoting educational equity.
