考虑电池长时间尺度退化成本的配电网分布式储能与光伏逆变器协同优化

摘要 在“双碳”目标的引领下,分布式光伏接入配电网的规模呈爆发式增长。当光伏消纳能力不足时,配电网中会出现设备过载、电压越限等问题。基于分布式储能(distributed energy storage,DES)具有调压平滑、迅速的优点,提出考虑电池长时间尺度退化成本的分布式储能与光伏逆变器协同优化方法。首先,考虑经济性优先和分阶段控制,提出分布式储能与光伏逆变器协同控制策略;然后,建立了考虑电池退化成本的分布式储能双层配置模型,上层模型以储能投资成本和退化成本最低为目标优化储能位置和容量,下层模型以运行成本最低为目标对分布式储能与光伏逆变器进行协同调度;最后,不同算例场景下的仿真结果表明所提方法能够有效提高电压质量和减少设备过载,同时降低配电网的规划与运行成本。 Under the guidance of the'double carbon'target,the scale of distributed photovoltaic access to distribution network has exploded.When the photovoltaic consumption capacity of the distribution network is insufficient,problems such as equipment overload and voltage over-limit will occur in the distribution network.Based on the advantages of smooth and rapid voltage regulation of distributed energy storage,this paper proposes a collaborative optimization method of distributed energy storage and photovoltaic inverter considering the long-term scale degradation cost of battery.Firstly,considering the economic priority and phased control,a coordinated control strategy of distributed energy storage and photovoltaic inverter is proposed.Secondly,a two-layer configuration model of distributed energy storage considering battery degradation cost is established.The upper model optimizes the location and capacity of energy storage with the lowest investment cost and degradation cost of energy storage as the goal,and the lower model coordinates the distributed energy storage and photovoltaic inverter with the lowest operating cost as the goal.Finally,the simulation results under different scenarios show that the proposed method can effectively improve the voltage quality and reduce the equipment overload,while reducing the planning and operation cost of the distribution network.
