配电网新能源承载力多目标决策评估方法

摘要 随着分布式电源(distributed generation,DG)在配电网中的大规模接入,合理选择接入方式以及评估现有电网对高渗透率分布式电源的适应性,已成为保障电网安全运行的关键环节。提出了一种创新的配电网新能源承载力的多目标决策评估方法,旨在构建一套完善的DG承载力模型。该模型充分考虑了DG出力及负荷功率的不确定性,运用经典鲁棒优化算法,能够精确计算出适用于任意接入位置的DG最大接入容量。在此基础上,进一步对最大容量的接入方式进行了最恶劣情况检验,以确保评估结果的可靠性和准确性;为了全面评估配电网DG承载力,还选取了合适的评估指标,构建了一套综合评估指标体系。通过基于图论的多目标决策加权方法,计算了各评估指标的权重,进而得到了配电网DG承载力的综合评估结果,克服了传统方法的局限性。在IEEE 33节点算例上验证了所提模型和方法的有效性。 With the large-scale integration of distributed power generation(DG)into the distribution network,how to choose the access method and evaluate the adaptability of the existing power grid to high-penetration DG access is one of the important guarantees for the safe operation of the power grid.This paper proposes a multi-objective decision-making evaluation method for new energy carrying capacity of distribution network.A distribution network distributed power supply hosting capacity model is constructed.Based on the uncertainty of distributed power output and load power,the classic robust optimization algorithm is used to obtain the maximum DG access capacity suitable for any access location,and the maximum capacity of the access point is calculated.The worst-case scenario test is carried out in the input mode;appropriate hosting capacity evaluation indicators are selected,a comprehensive evaluation index system for distribution network hosting capacity is constructed.A multi-objective decision-making weighting method based on graph theory is used to calculate the weight of the evaluation indicators,and the distribution network distributed power supply hosting capacity is obtained ability to comprehensively evaluate results and analyze improvements to the limitations of traditional methods.This paper verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model and method on an IEEE33 node calculation example.
