摘要
在升富矿冻结副斜井井筒施工建设过程中,为解决深长冻结斜井掘进排矸与内外层井壁浇筑混凝土时相互干扰问题并提高其整体质量,采用改进型步进式模板台车进行外壁浇筑。同时,利用新研制的栈桥式整体模板台车及施工技术实现内壁全环整体一次性浇筑成型,为掘进排矸与内外层井壁施工创造了平行作业条件。这种方法不仅实现井筒内壁无纵向施工缝,还提高了井筒的整体性和封水性,在深长冻结斜井的掘进支护方面具有借鉴意义。
In the process of shaft construction of the frozen auxiliary inclined shaft in Shengfu Mine,in order to solve the problem of mutual interference between excavation and discharge of waste and concrete pouring on the inner and outer wall of the long frozen inclined shaft and improve its overall quality,the improved walking type formwork jumbo was used for outer wall concrete pouring.At the same time,using the newly developed trestle type integral formwork jumbo and construction technology,the whole inner wall could be cast and formed at one time,which created parallel working conditions for excavation and discharge of gangue and inner and outer wall construction.This method not only realized no longitudinal construction joint in the inner wall of the shaft,but also improved the integrity and sealing water of the shaft,and had reference significance in the excavation support of deep long frozen inclined shaft.
