不同钻进参数下反井钻机扩孔钻进速率与岩渣特征试验研究

摘要 通过不同钻进参数下反井钻机扩孔钻进斜井的现场工程测试与室内岩渣筛分试验,分析了不同钻进参数下扩孔钻头破岩钻进速率及其岩渣特征。结果表明:在单轴平均抗压强度41.6 MPa的砂岩地层中,获得了斜井反井钻机扩孔钻压、转速、扭矩等钻进参数与钻进效率之间相关关系;在试验范围内随钻压增加,扩孔钻进速率不断提高;在钻压为14 MPa、转速为9 r/min时,获得的最大扩孔钻进速率为1.41 m/h;在相同转速条件下,随着钻压增加,扭矩也同步升高,而扭矩与钻进速率之间呈线性正相关关系;通过筛分岩渣分析,扩孔钻头破岩形成的岩渣形态分为<0.50 mm的粉末状、0.50~<5.00 mm的颗粒状、5.00~40.00 mm的薄片状和>40.00 mm的大块板状或肋条状4类,岩渣粒度在10.00~20.00 mm范围内占比相对较高。研究成果可为快速判识反井钻机扩孔钻进效果和围岩稳定状态提供理论支撑。 The rock breaking drilling rate and rock slag characteristics of reaming bit under different drilling parameters were analyzed through field engineering test and indoor rock slag screening test of reaming drill under different drilling parameters. The results show that in sandstone formation with uniaxial compressive strength of 41.6 MPa, the correlation between drilling parameters such as reaming weight, rotational speed, torque and drilling efficiency of inclined reverse drilling rig is obtained. In the test range, the reaming drilling rate increases with the increase of weight on bit. When the weight of bit is 14 MPa and the rotating speed is 9 r/min, the maximum reaming drilling rate is 1.41 m/h. Under the same rotating speed, the torque also increases with the increase of bit weight, and the torque is linearly positive correlated with the drilling rate. Through the analysis of rock slag screening, the proportion of rock slag in the range of 10.00~20.00 mm is relatively high. The rock slag formed by the reaming drill is divided into four categories: powder less than 0.50 mm, granular 0.50~<5.00 mm, thin sheet 5.00~40.00 mm, and large slab or rib larger than 40.00 mm. The research results can provide theoretical support for rapid identification of reaming drilling effect of reverse drilling rig and stability state of surrounding rock.
