摘要
针对地下矿山指状闸门硐室拱形顶板混凝土的施工,搭设了模板支撑架体,分析支撑体系的力学性能。对比分析了扣件式钢管脚手架、碗扣式脚手架及承插型盘扣式脚手架的优缺点,方案设计采用承插型盘扣式钢管满堂支撑脚手架,利用有限元方法计算拱形模板支撑架体,验算支架体系的变形、组合应力及稳定性满足规范要求。采用有限元软件MIDAS Civil建立了指状检修闸门操作硐室模板支架有限元模型,解决了拱形顶板难以计算及采用平板近似计算不准确的问题,为拱形模板支撑体系的设计分析提供参考。
Aiming at the construction of arch roof concrete in finger gate chamber in underground mine, formwork supporting frame was set up and the mechanical properties of supporting system were analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of fastening-type steel pipe scaffold, bowl buckle scaffold and socket and disc buckle scaffold were compared, the scheme design adopted socket type disk-buckle steel pipe full support scaffold, used the finite element method to calculate the arch formwork support frame, and checked the deformation, combined stress and stability of the support system to meet the standard requirements. By using the finite element software MIDAS Civil, the finite element model of the formwork support of the fingerlike access gate operation chamber was established, which solved the problems of difficult calculation of arch roof and inaccurate calculation of the plate approximation, and provided a reference for the design and analysis of arch formwork support system.
