新质生产力视角下职业院校产教融合的多维审思

摘要 新质生产力的出现,对形成与之相适应的新型生产关系提出了新要求。职业院校作为教育的重要分支,产教融合是其重要的办学模式,对推进教育、科技、人才“三位一体”协同融合发展发挥着重要作用。产教融合通过技术革新和劳动者素质跃升催生新质生产力加速形成。新质生产力的提出为职业院校产教深度融合创造了条件,但也面临着体制机制壁垒、职业教育服务产业转型升级能力不足、企业参与学校创新人才培养意识薄弱等现实问题。欲摆脱困境,其出路在于政府瞄准新质战略基点,完善产教融合机制;学校对接行业发展需求,突出新质人才培养;企业协同共建共管共赢,搭建深度融合平台等。 The emergence of new quality productive forces has put forward new requirements for the formation of corresponding new production relations.Vocational colleges,as an essential segment of education,play a crucial role in promoting the coordinated development of education,technology,and talent through the integration between industry and education.Integration between industry and education,driven by technological innovation and the improvement of workers'skills,accelerates the formation of new quality productive forces.While the concept of new quality productive forces provides conditions for deep integration between vocational colleges and industry,there are also realistic predicaments such as institutional barriers,insufficient capacity for vocational education service industry transformation,and weak awareness of corporate participation in innovative talent cultivation.To overcome these challenges,the way forward lies in government focusing on the strategic foundation of new quality,improving integration between industry and education systems,aligning schools with industry development needs,and fostering new quality talent.The enterprises jointly building,managing,and winning together,and establishing a platform for deep integration.
