基于“三教”改革的中职畜牧兽医专业核心课程教学管理现状研究

Research on the Status of Teaching Management of Core Courses in Secondary Vocational Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Major Based on the Reform of"Three Teachings"

基于当前畜牧兽医行业的发展形势,提高学生的综合素质和岗位竞争力是人才培养方案中的重要环节,也是职业教育“三教”改革推陈出新的迫切需求。在研究过程中,以大理AF学院的中职畜牧兽医专业核心课程为例,通过对教材、教法以及教师专业成长进行分析,深入理解并研究这个专业的教学现状及其存在的问题。采用查阅文献、开展问卷和个别现场访谈、分析统计结果等多元化方式,全面解析AF学院中职畜牧兽医专业核心课程的管理现状、存在的问题及原因,找出中职畜牧兽医专业核心课程在选用教材、选择教法和教师专业成长等不同维度存在的不足。

Based on the current development of the animal husbandry and veterinary industry,improving students'comprehensive quality and post competency is an important part of personnel cultivation programs,and it is also an urgent need for the reform of secondary vocational education's"three teachings"to innovate.In the research process,taking the core course of the secondary vocational animal husbandry and veterinary major at AF College in Dali as an example,by analyzing the textbooks,teaching methods,and professional growth of teachers,we deeply learn and study the teaching status and existing problems in this major.By using diversified methods such as literature review,conducting questionnaires and individual on-site interviews,and analyzing statistical results,this study comprehensively analyzes the management status,existing problems,and reasons of the core courses of the secondary vocational animal husbandry and veterinary major in AF College.It identifies the shortcomings of the core courses in different dimensions such as selecting textbook,selection on teaching methods,and teachers’professional growth.
