摘要
在“岗课赛证”教育改革的背景下,探索儿科护理课程教学改革路径与实践成效。联合行业专家,对接儿科护理岗位,结合职业标准和“岗课赛证”育人模式,重构教学内容,构建“三全四维”教学模式,设计“五心并行”的课程思政框架,“三步五环”推进教学实施,采用“多元+多维”考核方式进行全过程考核评价。教学实践表明,学校需要充分发挥校企合作的优势,在教学实施过程中注重对接新标准、新技能和新规范,深度实施“课岗对接、课赛融通、课证融合”,为学生能力提升、个性化发展、多元化成长提供丰富选择和有力支撑。
Under the background of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"education reform,we explore the teaching reform path and practical effect of pediatric nursing course.Combined with industry experts,docking pediatric nursing posts,combined with professional standards and"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"education model,reconstruct teaching content,construct"three-wide and four-dimensional"teaching model,design"five-aspect parallel"Ideological&Political education framework to promote teaching implementation of"three-step and five-link",and adopt"multi-element+multi-dimension"assessment method to carry out the whole process assessment and evaluation.Teaching practice shows that schools need to give full play to the advantages of school-enterprise cooperation,pay attention to the docking of new standards,new skills and new norms in the process of teaching implementation,and deeply implement the docking of classes and posts,the integration of classes and competitions,and the integration of classes and certificates,so as to provide rich choices and strong support for students'ability improvement,personalized development and diversified growth.
