中职医学检验技术专业实习生调研报告

Survey Report on Interns Majored in Medical Laboratory Technology in Secondary Vocational Schools

采用问卷调查法对山东省内开设医学检验技术专业的6所中职学校的实习生进行调查,调研学校所学的理论知识和实践技能是否满足临床检验岗位需求等问题,以便明确人才培养定位,着力培养实用型、技能型中职医学检验人才,为课程设置和教学实施提供依据。调研结果:总体认为目前开设课程基本满足医学检验人才培养需求,从不同侧面也反映出在实践教学、教学方法、教学内容、课程改革、职业素养教育等方面存在一些问题。

Questionnaire survey was conducted on interns from 6 secondary vocational schools in Shandong Province who offer medical laboratory technology majors.The survey investigated whether the theoretical knowledge and practical skills learned by the schools meet the needs of clinical laboratory positions to clarify the positioning of personnel cultivation,focus on cultivating practical and skilled vocational medical laboratory personnel,and provide a basis for course design and teaching implementation.Research results:It is believed that the current course basically meets the needs of cultivating medical laboratory personnel overall,which also reflects some problems in practical teaching,teaching methods,teaching content,course reform,and professional ethics education from different aspects.
