摘要
了解护理实习生反刍思维、应对方式及负性情绪现状,探讨应对方式在两者间的中介效应。采用方便抽样法,线上发放一般资料问卷、反刍思维量表、简易应对方式量表和抑郁—焦虑—压力量表。采用Amos 24.0构建反刍思维—应对方式—负性情绪关系模型,并进行中介效应检验。研究表明,实习护生反刍思维可以通过应对方式间接影响负性情绪。建议护理教育者应关注实习护生的反刍思维,帮助其掌握积极应对策略,从而减少不良情绪,促进心理健康。
To learn nursing interns'rumination,coping styles,and negative emotions,and explore the mediating effect of coping styles between them.A General Information Questionnaire,Rumination Scale,Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale were distributed online with convenience sampling method.Constructed a rumination-coping styles-negative emotions relationship model with Amos 24.0 and conduct mediation effect testing.Research has shown that rumination in nursing interns can indirectly affect negative emotions through coping styles.It is suggested that nursing educators should pay attention to nursing interns'rumination to help them master positive coping strategies,so as to reduce their negative emotions and promote mental health.
