Failure Analysis and Treatment of Refrigerant Pump without Liquid in a Vermicelli Cold Storage

卧式桶泵机组是动力供液制冷系统中的特征设备,吸入压头是制冷剂泵正常工作的一个重要参数。针对某粉条冷库制冷剂泵不上液的问题,结合理论分析,从液位、供液管路、压力、高位差等方面逐一排查制冷剂泵不上液的原因。通过改造消除引起故障的原因,使得冷库温度符合粉条加工工艺要求。

The horizontal barrel pump unit is a characteristic equipment in the power supply liquid refrigeration system,and the suction head is an important parameter for the normal operation of the refrigerant pump.Based on the theoretical analysis,the reasons of refrigerant pump not filling liquid were investigated one by one from liquid level,liquid supply pipeline,pressure,high difference and so on.The reason of the fault is eliminated by the reform,so that the cold storage temperature meets the requirements of vermicelli processing technology.
