冷库结露会破环保温体系的性能,减少围护结构的寿命,并影响存储货物的卫生安全。本文基于多个大型冷库的设计施工和运营维护的实践情况,总结了7种常见的结露情况,并分析结露现象产生的原因给出可行的防结露解决方案。保温层的合理设计施工和运维管理可以大大降低冷库运营期的能耗,同时提高冷库的安全可靠性。

Condensation in cold storage can compromise the performance of the insulation system,reduce the lifespan of the enclosure structure,and affect the hygiene and safety of stored goods.Based on the design,construction,and operational maintenance practices of multiple large cold storage facilities,this article summarizes seven common condensation phenomena.Through analyzing the causes of condensation,the solutions for condensation prevention are giving.The reasonable design,construction,and operational management of the insulation layer can significantly reduce energy consumption during the operation of the cold storage and enhance its safety and reliability.
