摘要
气相色谱法作为测定环境空气中苯、甲苯、二甲苯的标准检验方法,方法本身已经十分成熟和完善,但在样品处理和色谱仪使用过程中不同的操作手法可能会影响分析质量,导致检测结果不准确。本文针对样品的前处理、气体源、进样、分离和检测器几个方面进行研究分析,提出实战性观点,希望对相关检测人员有所帮助。
Gas chromatography,as a standard testing method for the determination of benzene,toluene,and xylene in environmental air,is already very mature and perfect,diff erent operating methods in sample processing and chromatographic instrument use may aff ect the quality of analysis,leading to inaccurate detection results.This article conducts research and analysis on sample pretreatment,gas source,injection,separation,and detector,and proposes practical viewpoints,hoping to be helpful to relevant testing personnel.
