数字经济时代背景下知识产权保护实践及策略研究——以江西省为例

Research on the Practice and Strategy of Intellectual Property Protection in the Digital Economy Era:A Case Study of Jiangxi Province

数字经济时代背景下,传统的知识产权开始向数字化和网络化迭代升级,进而衍生出多种以网络信息数据为载体的知识产权内容。与此同时,网络信息数据具有获取便利性高、传播速度快、传播方式多元化、隐秘性强等特点,导致涉及数字经济知识产权的侵权纠纷呈现易发、多发、高发态势,知识产权保护在数字化时代面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。本文对数字经济时代背景下知识产权的特征展开阐述,结合江西实际,分析当前知识产权保护的现状和面临的困境,并提出相应的知识产权保护策略,以期为加强数字经济时代背景下知识产权保护工作提供借鉴与参考。

In the context of the digital economy era,traditional intellectual property has begun to be iterated and upgraded towards digitization and networking,producing a variety of intellectual property content carried by the network information data featuring sound accessibility,fast spread,diversified methods of spreading information,and high confidentiality.Therefore,infringement disputes related to intellectual property are prone to occur with a high frequency in the digital economy.That means the protection of intellectual property faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities in the digital age.Based on the reality of Jiangxi Province,this paper elaborates on the characteristics of the intellectual property in the context of the digital economy era,and analyzes the actualities and difficulties of intellectual property protection.Finally,it proposes corresponding strategies for intellectual property protection,hoping to provide reference and guidance for promoting the protection of intellectual property in the context of the digital economy era.
