师范生专业伦理教育的结构性缺失与策略重构

摘要 教师专业伦理教育是教师专业化发展的重要组成部分。师范生在培养过程中开展专业伦理教育,有助于提升师范生的专业伦理责任认知、培养职业从教信念、专业情怀和职业认同感。新时代针对师范生专业培养中伦理教育的结构性缺失,应立足本土,构建标准化的专业伦理课程体系、融合案例教学和模拟教学方式、形成伦理型教师共同体、加大实践指导和仪式教育等措施促进师范生的专业伦理教育,为师范生的专业伦理素养的养成提供知识基础。 Teacher professional ethics education is an important part of the development of teacher professionalism.The professional ethics education in the process of training is helpful to improve the students'cognition of professional ethics responsibility,to cultivate their professional teaching beliefs,professional feelings and professional identity.In the new era,in view of the lack of the structure of ethics education in the professional training of normal students,we should base ourselves on the native land,to promote the professional ethics education of normal school students.We should construct a standardized professional ethics curriculum system,integrate case teaching and simulated teaching methods,form an ethical teacher community,strengthen practical guidance and ritual education,etc.to provide the knowledge foundation for the cultivation of the professional ethics accomplishment of normal students.
