灯泡贯流式水轮机转轮盘车异响排查及处理

摘要 百龙滩水电站在转轮更换过程中出现了盘车异响问题,为确保机组稳定运行,进行了异响分析排查。笔者分析了机组运行存在的问题,详细阐述了异响分析排查过程及处理。结果表明,异响是由于叶片销与销孔的配合间隙过大造成的。依据现场实测数据,对叶片销进行重新配置及更换,成功解决了异响问题。此次经验可为同类型机组水轮机转轮异响处理提供一定的借鉴与参考。 In the process of runner replacement in Bailongtan Hydropower Station,the problem of abnormal noise occurred.In order to ensure the stable operation of the unit,the abnormal noise analysis and investigation were carried out.The author analyzes the problems existing in the operation of the unit,and expounds the analysis and investigation process and treatment of abnormal noise in detail.The results show that the abnormal noise is caused by the excessive fit clearance between the blade pin and the pin hole.Based on the field measured data,the blade pin was reconfigured and replaced,and the abnormal noise problem was successfully solved.This experience can provide some reference for the abnormal noise treatment in the turbine runner of similar units.
